Status dock (metrics)
The Status tab of the dock shows, while the scenario runs, live charts of each micro’s consumption.
What it measures
Section titled “What it measures”- CPU and RAM per micro.
- Logs and errors per second.
- Health latency (how long the micro takes to respond to its health probe).
- The infrastructure’s consumption (Kafka/Redis/Postgres).
You can see all micros or filter by one. The charts fill up while the scenario is running; if there are no samples yet, it indicates so.
History
Section titled “History”How much history is kept in memory is set in Settings → Appearance → Metrics history. More window = more memory; it is not persisted to disk.
From the CLI
Section titled “From the CLI”microlab metrics [micro] gives the last sample; with --json, the history.
